Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned report dated 15-07-2022 issued by the Lekhpal, Dharauli, Tehsil and District Chandauli/ respondent no.4 and the entire proceeding of Case No. 2943 of 2022, Computerized Case No. T202214180102943 Report Lekhpal Vs. Sanjay Kumar Singh, under section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 based on it. (Annexure no.1 to the writ petition)" 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the report submitted by the Lekhpal on RC-19 as well as entire proceedings of Section 67 have been challenged by the petitioner. It has been further submitted by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner can file objection in the aforesaid proceedings taking all the available plea before the Tehsildar concerned. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an objection. In case, such an objection is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
