Hence, she is permitted to argue the matter. 2. We have heard petitioner in person Ms. Aditi Mishra. Also heard Mr.Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/ respondent No.1 as well as Dr. N. K. Shukla, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Dinesh K. Bole, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.2. 3. The present petition under Section 482 of CrPC has been filed by the petitioner in person with the following prayer :- “It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and kindly be pleased to quash FIR bearing Crime No. 264/2023 registered at Police Station Bhatapara City, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) (Annexure P-1), in the interest of justice.” 4. Learned State counsel has pointed out that after due investigation, final report has been submitted against the petitioner on 18.11.2024 and the present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR, which was lodged against the petitioner. 5. Ms. Aditi Mishra, the petitioner in person prays that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to her to take recourse to the final report. 6.
