The writ petition is filed by the petitioner praying for following reliefs:- "i) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent authorities to pay the benefit of selection grade to petitioner no.1 promotional pay scale to petitioner no.2 and the benefit of first, second and third ACP's to petitioner no.3 and also grant all the consequential benefits thereto, forthwith within stipulated period as a fixed by this unable Court. ii) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 10.11.2024 (Annexed as Annexure No.16 to this writ petition)." It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners' claim for selection grade, promotional pay scale and benefit of first, second and third ACP's is pending consideration before respondent no.2. In this respect, the petitioners' have filed a representation, however, till date the same has not been decided. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioners' representation dated 10.11.2024 will be decided by respondent no.2 in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioners' dated 10.11.2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
