It is contended that copy of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent not - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26697 WP No. 21266 of 2025 having been furnished, petitioner is not in a position to take his stand as regards the notice at Annexure-B. 3. In light of the limited contention raised, issuance of notice to 3rd respondent is waived. Petition is disposed off directing the respondent - Police to furnish copy of the complaint made by the 3rd respondent to the petitioner within a period of 3 days from today. Upon furnishing of such complaint, the petitioner to mark his appearance within 10 days thereafter before respondent No.2.
