Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This Writ Petition was filed declaring the Notification vide Rc.No.3200/2019/GI, dated 01.02.2020, issued by the 2nd respondent in which an extent of Ac.2.08 cents in Sy.No.415-1 cents and an extent of Ac.2.01

cents in Sy.No.418-1 of Phirangipuram village and mandal, Guntur District belonging to the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions the 4th respondent dated 21.02.2025 submits that it is construed that an extent of Ac.16.635 cts was acquired through Voluntary land acquisition and the petitioner’s land is not acquired as he expressed unwillingness to part with his land. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and upon consideration of the written instructions of the 4th respondent, dated 21.02.2025, no further orders are necessary in this matter as no cause survives. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 21.02.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.
