By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. By bare perusal of the records, it appears that the representation regarding threat perception being given by respondent no. 4, has been submitted by petitioner no. 2 before police authorities of Madhya Pradesh and no representation to the said effect has ever been preferred by petitioners before any police authorities of Uttar Pradesh and as such no protection can be extended to them since no cause of action arises within the jurisdiction of this High Court. 4.
