Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length, he submits that the work of Nursing Assistant is similar to that of Nursing Grade-II and therefore, experience certificate of the petitioner on the post of Nursing Assistant should be treated as Nursing Grade-II. 2. This Court finds that the post of Nursing Assistant is a separate post carrying a different pay and the post of Nursing Grade-II is different.
