Said application is said to have been filed on the basis of decree passed by the first appellate Court against judgment and decree passed by the trial Court in a suit. 3. Considering the limited grievance, the writ application is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Jaleswar to dispose of the mutation case referred above as early as possible, preferably within six weeks from today, if there is no legal impediment.
