1. The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for direction upon the respondents particularly respondent no. 3 for correction in the order dated 25.01.2002 passed in SAR Case No. 122/2000-2001 wherein it is averred that there is error in the plot number.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Plot No. 412 has been wrongly typed in place of Plot No. 3412 in the said order.
3. In this regard, a representation was filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 3 on 26.11.2024 to make necessary correction on which no
order has been passed. The vendor of the petitioner namely Deepak Kumar in whose favour the order was passed. Said Deepak Kumar has also filed a representation before the Special Officer, Ranchi for correction in the order passed in SAR Case No. 122/2000-2001.

3. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, respondent no. 3 (Special Officer (SAR), Ranchi) is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner as well as Deepak Kumar within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
