Complaint was made by him against elected Pradhan namely Respondent No. 3 along-with an affidavit on 21.07.2023, copy of which is appended as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. 2. It is argued that pursuant to the judgment and order passed by this Court dated 28.05.2019 in Writ C No. 10550 of 2019 (Santosh Kumar vs. State of U.P. and another), an order has already been issued by the State Government on 14.08.2019. It is further argued that inspite of the fact that considerable time has already been lapsed and inspite of the government order issued by the State- Government to decide the matter, expeditiously till date no decision has been taken. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that the Respondent No. 2/ District Magistrate, Agra will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No. 2, District Magistrate, Agra to take a decision on the application submitted by the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 6. Needless to say that the decision is taken strictly in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, unless there is no legal impediment.
