Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to consider the Representation of the petitioners dated 16.06.2025 as per ANNEXURE-F and G; and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42008 WP No. 28935 of 2025 b. Issue such other order or direction, this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Petitioners claim to be the owners of the land in Survey No.18 measuring 13 guntas of Nagadenahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. The said property was acquired under the Preliminary and Final Notifications of the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Act, 1966, for the purpose of establishing an industrial area. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is that though the land is acquired in the year 2022, no compensation has been paid to them despite repeated representations requesting payment. The non-consideration of the representations dated 16.06.2025 at Annexures-F and G, has constrained the petitioners to approach this Court in this writ petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42008 WP No. 28935 of 2025 4. Smt. Namitha S., learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri. H.L.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the petitioners' representations would be considered in accordance with law. 5. The said submission is recorded. 6. The grievance of the petitioners stands redressed if appropriate direction is issued to respondent No.3- Special Land Acquisition Officer, KIADB and accordingly, this Court pass the following; ORDER i) The writ petition is disposed of. ii) Respondent No.3-Special Land Acquisition Officer, KIADB is directed to consider the petitioners' representations dated 16.06.2025 at Annexures-F and G within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42008 WP No. 28935 of 2025 receipt of a certified copy of this order and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
