Learned counsel for UT Chandigarh informs the Court that the petitioners were not found at the address given in the Memo of Parties. He submits that the marriage of the petitioners was solemnized at Panchkula whereas both the petitioners belong to Uttrakhand. Today, counsel for the petitioners is also absent to assist the Court and his absence is sufficient to infer that actually there is any threat apprehension at this stage.
