No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner even though Sri Ishan Mehta, Advocate holding brief of Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent is present and has informed the Court that for the same relief the petitioner had also approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal and before the Tribunal the petitioner had also asked for time to settle the matter with the financial institution. 3. In view of the information given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank that the matter is also pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, we consider it appropriate not to interfere in the matter. 4.
