GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “…to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondent No.3 in not responding to and not considering the F- Line Application No. FSNV012500835828 dated 22.09.2025, submitted by the petitioner through Mee-Seva for survey of the petitioner’s subject property in Sy. No. 64-1A, Addam Village, Kasimkota Mandal, Anakapalli District, to an extent of 60 cents, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and contrary to the fundamental rights enshrined under the Constitution of India, and in violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India; and to further direct Respondent No.3 to process the petitioner’s application, carry out the survey, and fix the boundaries within a stipulated time by following due procedure as contemplated under Section 5(1)(iii) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and to pass…” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made F-line application by paying requisite fee with a request to conduct survey and fix the boundaries of his land and notice was also issued to the concerned persons. However, the same was not concluded. 4 4. Both the learned counsel submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 19.02.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.2674 of 2020. 5. Considering the above submissions, this Writ Petition also stands disposed of, in terms of the order dated 19.02.2020 in W.P.No.2674 of 2020, directing the respondents to take a decision in terms of Section 10 (1) of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and communicate the same to the petitioner provided under Section 10 (2) of the said Act, within one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 19.02.2020 in W.P.No.2674 of 2020 to this order.
