The appellant by means of the present appeal has challenged the order dated 18.03.2013 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No.04, Moradabad in Civil Appeal No.63/94 (Hindu Educational Society & others Vs. Smt. Chandrawati & others), whereby the amendment application of the appellant has been rejected. 3. The stamp reporter has reported that a First Appeal From Order is not maintainable against the impugned order. 4. Since the amendment application no.192 filed by the appellant for amending the memo of appeal has already been rejected by the court concerned under Order 6 Rule 17 of C.P.C., therefore, the First Appeal From Order is not maintainable before this Court. 5. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed with liberty to the appellant to avail appropriate remedy available under law.
