GP FOR REGISTRATION AND STAMPS The Court made the following: 4 DR, J W.P.No.31711 of 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not considering the representations dated 10.12.2024 and 07.04.2025 submitted by the petitioners seeking deletion of their land admeasuring an extent of 475 square yards covered by T.S. No. 550/2, Manthavari Street, Salipeta, Maharanipeta Ward, Visakhapatnam, from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. 2. The petitioners submitted a physical application on 04.01.2024 and online applications on 10.12.2024 and 07.04.2025 for deletion of the subject property from the purview of Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. Pursuant to the said representations, the Tahsildar (6th respondent) submitted a report to the District Collector (2nd respondent) on 04.06.2025. Despite the same, the 2nd respondent has not considered the matter nor passed appropriate orders. 3. In view of the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the online applications filed by the petitioners dated 10.12.2024 and 07.04.2025 and to pass appropriate orders based on the records within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
