JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 26/08/2025 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue direction to the court below to expedite the suit [2025:RJ-JP:33818] (2 of 2) [CW-12749/2025] proceedings of Civil Suit No. 17/2020 Smt. Beena Singhal Vs. Iswarchand Agarwal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the plaintiff filed the suit for partition of the ancestral property in the year 2020 and till date issues have not been framed. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner and more particularly the fact that the suit has been filed in the year 2020 and is pending at the stage of framing of issues, the Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the directions are issued to the trial Court to expedite the suit proceedings.
