Application has been filed by the applicant, challenging the order dated 31.01.2015 passed by learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Revision No. 339 of 2014. Applicant has also challenged the order dated 13.10.2014 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Misc. Application No. 487 of 2014. 3. Earlier applicant filed an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. against respondent nos. 2 to 6. Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar rejected the said application vide order dated 13.0.2014. Against the said order, applicant filed Criminal Revision. The said criminal revision has also been dismissed by 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar vide order dated 31.01.2015. Hence, this criminal misc. application. 4. Perusal of the impugned orders passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate reveals that he has considered & discussed all relevant aspects. Thus, the view taken by the 2025:UHC:3248 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, cannot be faulted. Learned Revisional Court was thus justified in dismissing the Revision Petition.
