, J.(ORAL) 1 The appellant has challenged the order dated 25.03.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul, in terms of which, his application for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.192 dated 06.06.2024, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 379-B, 506 of IPC and Section 3(2) (v) SC/ST, Act, registered at Police Station Sadar, Narnaul, has been dismissed. 2 Learned State counsel, on instructions has apprised the Court that in compliance of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court, the appellant has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. He has also filed status report by way of affidavit of Suresh Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, on behalf of respondent No.1/State of Haryana, which is taken on record. 3 In view of the afore-said submission made by learned State Jyoti 2025.05.05 16:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
