GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring action of 4th Respondent in not finalizing investigation by arresting the accused persons and not filing charge sheet in crime No. 89 of 2021 in spite of crime having been registered on 22.04.2021 as illegal, irregular, irrational and violative of articles 14 and 21 of constitution of India and also the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to cause arrest of accused persons in crime No. 89 of 2021 on the file of 4th 2 Respondent police Station and charge sheet them under appropriate penal provisions of law by providing necessary protection for my life and liberty.” 2. Heard Basha Shaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that let there by a direction to complete the investigation in Crime No.89 of 2021 on the file of Bangarupalem Police Station, Chittoor District and file a report as expeditiously as possible. 4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents - Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.89 of 2021 on the file of Bangarupalem Police Station, Chittoor District, if not concluded, and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
