This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:
“....
to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of the respondent No. 3 to 5 in not giving protection to the petitioner to go to her own and not to take any action against the respondents 6 to 11 for threatening the petitioner and preventing her to go to her own house in D.No.6-122, Chagantivaripalem village, Muppalla Mandal, Palnadu District, and consequently directing the 2. Respondents 3 to 5 to take action the respondent No. 6 to 11 for preventing the petitioner to enter in to her house, and pass ...”
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Petitioner filed the present criminal complaint which is registered as the subject crime and in that case, she sought for police protection but Police did not prove police protection. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that unless there is any Court Order, Police cannot provide police protection to the Petitioner and would submit that this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs.
