Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that though petitioner filed a report, police have not registered the crime. 4. As against that, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents would submit that police have not registered the crime as their enquiry revealed that it is a false case. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum according to law.
