The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Indian Shelter Home Loans, Branch Moradabad restraining it from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner regarding taking possession over the property of the petitioner, which is mortgaged before it bearing Khasra No. 141, area 70 sq. mtrs., Jayantipur, Tehsil and District Moradabad, in pursuance of the Sale Notice dated 06.03.2025 on behalf of the Loan Account No/AP No. HLMRCHLONS-000005054896/AP- 10125846. From the relief sought in the writ petition, it is apparent that it has been filed against a private party. Accordingly, the writ petition is misconceived.
