Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Parjang P.S. Case No.583 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.728 of 2025 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Parjang on the grounds stated therein. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. The petitioner is alleged of having abated the death of the deceased, namely, brother of the informant for the reasons stated in the FIR i.e. Annexure-1. Recorded the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is informed to the Court that the petitioner committed mischief as he changed the ownership of the vehicle on the pretext of refinance even after the settlement reached at without any amount payable to the victim being not complied with, hence, he committed suicide on account of depression. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties and the nature of allegations against the p. 2 petitioner and the mischief committed resulting in the death of the deceased, this Court is of the view that the petitioner should instead be directed to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail for its consideration. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, ABLAPL is disposed of. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders within a period of fortnight from today before the learned J.M.F.C., Parjang in connection with Parjang P.S. Case No.583 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.728 of 2025 and moves an application for regular bail, it shall be duly considered in the first hour and in case of rejection, he shall approach the learned Sessions Court during the second hour for orders on the same day and for the said purpose, case record shall be made available without delay. 6.
