Keeping in view the averments made in the application, duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant and in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in Civil Appeals arising out of SLP(C) No(s). 215-216 of 2023, titled The Deputy Commissioner and Special Land Acquisition Officer vs. M/s S.V. Global Mill Limited and connected matters, we are of the considered opinion that delay is liable to be condoned. Resultantly, the delay of 123 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
Application stands disposed of.
