2. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to
consideration of the representation dated 09.02.2019 (Annexure-H) by the respondent No.2.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that, the representation at Annexure-H was submitted by the petitioner 6 (six) years ago and therefore, I am of the view that, the petitioner be permitted to make one more representation seeking identical relief.
4. In the event if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, the same shall be considered by the respondent No.2 within four months thereafter and the result of the same be made known to the petitioner. With this observation, writ petition is disposed of.
