ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri S.V. Maruti Sankar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri M. Sudhir, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.4. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Official Respondents to pay the balance amount of Rs.4,64,327/- to the Writ Petitioner. 3. Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Project Director, DWMA, Tirupati dated 26.03.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner as well and the same is taken on record. 4. The above Written Instruction would indicate that the Official Respondents have admitted the claim amount due to the Writ Petitioner i.e., a sum of Rs.4,64,327/-. 5. Having recorded the same, there shall be a direction to the Official Respondents to complete the paper work in every respect within six weeks from today and remit the said amount into the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. Needless to state that it is the incumbent duty on the part of the Government Officials belonging to various Departments to cooperate and coordinate with each other in rendering public service.
They shall remit the said amount into the bank account of the Writ Petitioner, as mentioned above and communicate about the deposit to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 3
6. Writ Petitioner is directed to furnish banking details to the Respondent Nos.2, 4 & 6 within one week from today, for effective compliance. 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 8.
