The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier a Crime NO.105 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 is registered against them on the complaint made by the 5th respondent on the file of Ongole Police Station, the said case was referred as civil in nature. Vide C.No.227/Refer/SDPO-O/2023 dated 26.06.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that police are threatening the petitioner to re-open the said case which is civil in nature. 4. Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondent. 5. Recording the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law.
