The appeal stood preferred against judgment dated 7th February, 2024 of the Family Court dismissing appellant's petition for dissolution of the marriage. The appeal stood admitted by co-ordinate Bench on 8th July, 2024. Mr. Dubey points out from said order dated 8th July, 2024 that there were directions for payment to be made, by the appellate Court.
