Heard Sri P.Jagadish Chandra Prasad, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this petition is filed the petitioner/husband to recall the non-bailable warrant issued against him in a petition filed by his wife seeking clearance of arrears of maintenance amount. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner/husband to quash the impugned docket order dated 12.07.2025 and also to recall the non-bailable warrant issued against him. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner/husband did not choose to appear before the Court and to secure his presence only, the trial Court issued non-bailable warrant against the petitioner/husband and requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Considering the submissions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. The petitioner/husband is directed to appear before the learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole and work out his remedies in accordance with law.
