This petition prays for direction to the Respondent No. 6 – State of Maharashtra to withdraw / cancel the communication dated 10th September 2025 of the Chief Oicer of Kagal Nagar Parishad. By the said communication it is stated that inal notiication regarding the ward formation has already been published through gazettee. It is further stated that in the light of Government Resolution dated 10th June 2025, the objections were invited and hearing was given to all concerned. Patil-SR 1 of 2 909 Wp-11278-2025.doc 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in terms of clauses 9(iv) of the Government Resolution dated 10th June 2025, the Respondents are not justiied in refusing to inform the Petitioner the decision taken on the objections. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner relied upon the decision of Allahabad High Court in Writ Petition C No. 25502 of 2019 decided on 13th September 2019 in the case of Ahmad Ullah v. Union of India. 4. By a detailed judgment in Writ Petition No. 11127 of 2025 Sangram Gopal Patil v. State of Maharashtra dated 30th September 2025, this Court rejected writ petitions. For the same reasons, we are not inclined to interfere in this petition in exercise of writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition is dismissed. However, all contentions raised in the petition are kept open to be agitated by way of election petition after the elections are concluded. [Sharmila U. Deshmukh, J.] [M. S.
