of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No 3 in keeping the petitioner under suspension vide its orders Rc.No.1493(M)/B1/2024 dated 07.11.2024 without even reviewing contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.22, General Administration (Ser-C) Department, dated 29.02.2024, is as illegal and violative of the Petitioners fundamental rights under Articles 14, 16, and 21 of the Constitution of India, being unfair. unreasonable, and depriving him of his right to livelihood and dignity and consequently direct set aside the impugned suspension order duly directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service following the procedure and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the suspension order issued by the 2ndRespondent vide Rc.No.1493(M)/B1/2024 dated 07.11.2024, duly directing the authorities to reinstatement the petitioner in to service forthwith pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the suspension order issued by Respondent No.3 vide proceedings in Rc.No.1439(M)/B1/2024, dated 07.11.2024 putting the Petitioner under suspension from the post of School Assistant (Mathematics).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the impugned order of suspension was passed pursuant to criminal case registered against the petitioner vide Crime No.425 of 2025 at I.Polavaram Police Station for the offences under Sections 74, 75 and 79 of BNS, 2023 and cannot be the basis for passing the impugned suspension order. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for review of the order of the suspension in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 School Education (Services.II) Department dated 20.05.2025.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that case of the Petitioner would be reviewed in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 School Education (Services.II) Department dated 20.05.2025.
4. Taking note of the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 dated 20.05.2025. No
