That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside order dated 08.11.2023 (Annexure P/1) whereby the petitioner has been relieved and directed to join in the office of Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi (C.G.). 10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to work in the present place of posting i.e. as Supervisor, District Malaria Office, District Bilaspur (C.G.). 10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondent/State submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already been retired from his service in the year May, 2024. 3.
