...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an appropriate Writ or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 herein to arrange the payment of Awarded amount to the workers as per the award in PW.Case No. 22/1995 dt. 11.3.1996 after calling fo the records and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2002(WPMP 4201 OF 2002 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the third respondent herein to arrange payment to the workers in pursuane of the award passed in PW.Case No. 22/95, dated 11th March, 1996, pending the Writ Petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

None appears for the petitioner and for respondent Nos.2 &
4. Sri Y. Anjaneyacharyulu, learned counsel for respondent No.1 is present.
2. Sri Nuthalapati Krishna Murthy, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, filed memo dated 12.08.2025 stating that he has given up No Objection Vakalat on 31.07.2025 and handed over the records. It appears that petitioner having withdrawn existing counsel, has not made any alternative arrangements to pursue the matter. Even on 25.09.2025, none appeared for the petitioner.
3. Ms. Goli Prasanna,
learned counsel representing Sri Sreedhar Valiveti, learned counsel for respondent No.3, submits that even they have also given up No Objection Vakalat, and therefore, they have no instructions in the matter.
4. Since there was no representation for the petitioner on 25.09.2025 as well as today, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition

stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
