This Court, vide order dated 06.02.2025 passed in MCRC No. 1056 of 2025, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Prakash Madhukar Tighare, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 impediment. 3. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Janjgir District-Janjgir- Champa (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 11.08.2025 has requested for grant of one month time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in the present case, to ensure the presence of the prosecution witnesses and in view of the application filed on behalf of the accused Sankranti Pradhan, it has been prayed that the prosecution witnesses be recalled for re-cross- examination. Further, in the light of the said application, it has been requested that one month’s time be granted for recording the evidence of all the remaining witnesses and for completing the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
