Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, has been passed by the District Magistrate, Faridabad, but the petitioner has not been able to secure the physical possession of the secured assets. 3. Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 5 only at this stage. 4. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5. 5. Heard.
