Heard Ms. Bandi Praveena Learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. In that view of the facts that there is a statutory provision to enable the petitioner to file the petition before Trial Court, such being the case, this Court 2 is not inclined to entertain this petition under inherent Jurisdiction.
