The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 to decide / expedite the Case No.1188 of 2024 having Computerized Case No.202454155156031188 (Rinku Bharti Vs. State of U.P.), under Section 9-A (2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 in accordance with law within stipulated period." 3. This Court vide order dated 17.4.2025 has directed the learned Standing Counsel to obtain instruction in the matter. 4. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.4.2025, instruction dated 28.4.2025 is placed before the Court, which is taken on record. 5. Mr. Rajesh Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instruction dated 28.4.2025 submitted that the pending proceeding shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 6. In view of the averment made in the instruction dated 28.4.2025, the instant petition is finally disposed of directing respondent no.2 / Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Mau to decide the Case No.1188 of 2024 having Computerized Case No.202454155156031188 (Rinku Bharti Vs. State of U.P.), under Section 9-A (2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
