The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 14/2025 arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No. 287/2024, for the offences registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, subsequently charge- sheet has been submitted under Section 309(4)/ 317(2)/ 317(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-III, Chatra. 3. On 11.10.2024 at about 7:00 P.M., the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near village Pardahi and accused persons looted away his motorcycle, mobile phone, wrist watch and other articles. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph 12 of this bail application. It was finally submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on basis of confession of this petitioner. 5. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-III, Chatra in connection with S.T.
