The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.386 dated 21.09.2023, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, at Police Station Central Faridabad, Haryana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.04.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Sanjay also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4.
