Judgment / Order 19/12/2025
1. Without joining issue on the merits, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an ad-interim order has been passed against the petitioner vide order dated 03.12.2025, whereby an injunction has been granted for an indefinite period. Learned counsel further submits that the application for temporary injunction itself has not yet been decided and is likely to remain pending. She, therefore, prays that the learned Trial Court be
[2025:RJ-JP:51516] (2 of 2) [CW-20311/2025]
directed to decide the application for temporary injunction as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard.
3. This Court finds that an ad-interim temporary injunction was granted on 03.12.2025 for an indefinite period, while the application for temporary injunction is still pending. In these circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction, without being influenced by the order dated 03.12.2025, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, provided that service upon the defendants is complete.
4. Considering the same, the present civil writ petition is
disposed of.
5. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
