No. 15032 of 2010, dated 20-04-2015 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to constitute a High Powered Committee with neutral persons and experts to settle the claims of the petitioner by implementing the
judgment of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.15032 of 2010 dated 20-04-2015, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not constituting the High Powered Committee in terms of the order of the Honble Court in W.P.No.15032 of 2010 dated 20-04-2015 to settle the dues payable to the petitioner for the works done for lndirasagar Polavaram Project for being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith constitute a High Powered Committee with neutral persons and subject experts to settle the claims of the petitioner as per the judgment of this Honble Court in W.P. No. 15032 of 2010, dated 20-04- 2015….”

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that, pending the present writ petition, the High Powered Committee was constituted by the respondents in terms of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.15032 of 2010, dated 20.04.2015. In view of the same, no further cause survives in this matter and that the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
