This Court, on 18.09.2025, passed the following interim order. “………….. Subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition, respondent Nos.2 and 4 are hereby directed to permit the petitioner institution to participate in the second phase counseling for admissions into General UG Programmes for the academic year 2025-26.” 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner institution submits that the respondents have complied with the said interim orders, hence no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Writ Petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
