Mr. Manoj Chauhan, Additional Advocate General, for respondents No.1 to 5. Respondents No.6 to 8, present in person with Mr. Paras Ram, Advocate vice Mr.B.R. Kashyap, Advocate. Fresh status report dated 28.07.2026, has been filed on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner, Solan, District Solan, H.P., the same be placed on record. It has been mentioned in the status report that as per the findings of the joint inspection report, no vehicle was found parked on the Government land in dispute at the time of inspection. Respondents No.6 to 8, are present in person and have furnished a joint affidavit by way of undertaking, wherein they have undertaken not to park their vehicles on the Government land and have also undertaken to abide by all such terms deemed fit, proper and just under the circumstances. Therefore, in view of the undertaking furnished by respondents No.6 to 8 and also in view of the status
report filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Solan, District Solan, H.P., no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of. However, respondents No.6 to 8, are directed to abide by the undertaking, which they have furnished today. It is also made clear that if at any time, aforesaid respondents violate the undertaking furnished today, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this Court again by way of reviving the present contempt petition.
