Since these two bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 2. These are the bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Tigiria PS Case No.226 of 2023 corresponding to CT Case No.221 of 2023 pending in the file of learned JMFC, Tigiria, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.395/120-B/201 of IPC r/w Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, on the main allegation of committing dacoity from the ATM Van used for loading of the cash in different ATMs, along with co-accused persons. 3. Heard, Mr. Bikram Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.12565 of 2025; Mr. Bijaya Kumar Ragada, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.13213 of 2025 and Mr. C. Mohanty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 5. The main ground under which the bail application of the petitioner has been moved is for release of ten co-accused persons on bail. The petitioner-Munish Khan @ Munshi Khan has in fact voluntarily surrendered to custody in this case on 21.11.2025 and the petitioner-Sk. Saiful @ Saifulla Khan remanded in this case on 15.11.2025, but the FIR has been lodged against nine unknown persons. In such view of the matter and after having considered the rival submissions and on going through the materials placed on record and taking into account the mode and manner of implication of the present petitioner in this case and keeping in view grant of bail to co-accused persons namely Mohammad Nasrulla @ Papun in BLAPL No.3605 of 2024, Ajimuddin @ Suraj Khan @ don in BLAPL No.4897 of 2024, Rohan Khan @ Doctor @ Baya in BLAPL No.8453 of 2024, Sahid Khan in BLAPL No.5703 of 2024, Dipu Ranjan Sethi @ Chhota in BLAPL No.4631 of 2024 and Jani @ Salamat Khan in BLAPL No.9316 of 2025, this Court without expressing any view on merit admits the petitioner to bail by extending the principle of parity. 6. Hence, these two bail applications of the petitioners namely Munish Khan @ Munshi Khan (In BLAPL No.12565 of 2025) and S.k. Saiful @ Saifulla Khan (In BLAPL No.13213 of 2025) are allowed and each of the petitioners is allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it.
