Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 10-5-2024 passed by Respondent no.2/Additional Commissioner (Prashasan) Varanasi Mandal Varanasi. (Annexure No.6 to this writ petition) within stipulated period may be fixed by this Hon'ble Curt, during the pendency of the writ petition." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that order impugned is an order of remand passed by the Appellate Court in proceedings under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioners have remedy of filing a revision against the order impugned or they may contest the proceedings before the Court below which are pending after the remand. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy, as available to them, under the law.
