IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH (218) RSA-3-2001 (O&M) Date of Decision:-22.09.2025 M/S PUNJAB FIBRES LIMITED … Appellant Versus M/S BANWARI LAL SURESH KUMAR ... Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- Mr. Sapan Dhir, Advocate and Ms. Raj Kaur, Advocate, for the appellant. Mr. Surinder Singh, Advocate, for Mr. Anish Setia, Advocate, for the respondent. **** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J . (Oral) As per the office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back un-served with the report that no such office now exists at the given address. Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant also submits that they are not in touch with the appellant. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2. In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. 3. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 4. As a natural corollary, since the main case stands disposed of, all pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of, as no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping them pending.
