Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to bonafide mistake & loss of connectivity of mobile network, the counsel for the applicants could not appear before the Court on 01.03.2024. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant undertake that applicants will not claim the interest for the period from date of 01.03.2024 till 10.09.2025. 5. Looking to the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants will not claim the interest from the period of 01.03.2024 till the period of 10.09.2025, I am inclined to allow the delay application i.e. I.A. No. 01/2025. The delay of 515 days in filing the application is hereby condoned. Moreover, this Court is also satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of MAC No. 817 of 2016. 6. Accordingly, this MCC is allowed. The Registry is directed to restore MAC No. 817 of 2016 to its original number. 7. Let a copy of this order be made part of record of MAC No. 817/2016.
