GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION (AP) 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 10658/2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a Writ order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly the 2nd and 3rd Respondents in resorting to settle Civil Disputes and thereby interfering with the Property Rights of the Petitioner in supporting of the Un-Official respondents for the Property relating to House Site Patta Plot No. 2168 vide R.No.132 for an extent 107 Sq. Yards in Sy. No.84, 85/P situated Pedagantyada and Balacheruvu. R.H. Colony, Sector-II, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District and as per House Site Patta vide Rc.No. 388/87B, dated 28-12-1987 and 2931/1397 for an extent 107 Sq. Yards of the 5th respondent, being illegal, arbitrary and violation of principals of Fundamental Rights of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to the 2nd and 3rd Respondents not to interfere with in supporting of the Un-Official respondents for the Property relating to House Site Patta vide No. Plot No. 2168 vide R.No.132 for an extent 107 Sq. Yards in Sy. No.84, 85/P situated Pedagantyada and Balacheruvu. R.H. Colony, Sector- II, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District and as per House Site Patta vide Rc.No. 388/87B, dated 28-12-1987 and 2931/1397 for an extent 107 Sq. Yards of the 5th respondent.…” 2. None represented on behalf of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-police are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. No order as to costs.
