Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the present petition is filed seeking a direction to the police to conclude the investigation and file a report in Crime No.221/2024 of Allavaram Police Station, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District Station as expeditiously as possible. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Respondents would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation in Crime No.221/2024 of Allavaram Police Station, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period 4 of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already filed by this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
